Rebekah Miles is from Santa Barbara and lives on her family's ranch: she makes art, mostly painting and also hand painted book covers for books that she likes. She also makes quilts from old fabric and ceramics and works for a small local organic produce delivery service called "Plow to Porch". She got a lot of attention for her collaboration with (brand) Rodarte and exhibited her works at Colette in Paris and Opening Ceremony in New York. Rebekah is now preparing a show at Gravel and Gold in San Francisco.

Could you please tell us more about your background and career?

I come from a family of farmers and artists. My grandmother made beautiful en plein air paintings of landscapes and flowers. My dad studied art and became a farmer. My family is very supportive of my work. I live on my parent's ranch in a vintage trailer (all wood interior!) that my dad helped me restore.
