Could you please tell us more of your background and career?

I began making collages in high school, and they remained my focus even as I studied other creative processes throughout college ~ first at the Aegean Center for Fine Arts in Italy & Greece, and then at Tufts University/School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. I loved photography and drawing and watercolors, but collage always felt like the most effective way of communicating my ideas and aesthetic. I love the meditative process of searching, finding things that belong together, cutting meticulously, and putting new worlds together like puzzles.
